Top 5 inforgraphic sites you need to register

Infographics can be useful for explaining business processes and logistics, or for explaining the size, scope, scale or nuance of a project or service. Here are five of the best tools for putting together your own business infographics.

Visual.ly

Visual.ly requires no special training and offers slick templates for putting together quick infographics. You can start using it for free to quickly and easily illustrate a business process. You could craft a diagram showing how a product gets manufactured, for example, or how a widget flows through a supply chain. You could even demonstrate how a small company is structured.

There are simple templates you can use to illustrate a Google analytics report or the life of a Twitter hashtag. Some people use Visual.ly to turn big batches of numbers into orderly graphics that convey a clear message, like this one by NowNovel.com on the booming market for ebooks.

If you’re unsure which template to use for your project, a process infographic created with Visual.ly explains what type of infographic to use for various purposes. In the marketplace section of the site, you can pay $999 for a professional infographic customized for your brand, or negotiate for a custom motion graphic or even an interactive infographic.

Infogr.am and Easel.ly
Infogr.am and Easel.ly are good alternatives to Visual.ly that are likewise easy to use. Infogr.am lets you import Excel data and add Vimeo or YouTube videos to make engaging graphics. One user imported survey data to create a graphic illustrating a survey of mobile app users. Nearly 150,000 visuals have already been created with Easel.ly, which offers well-designed starter templates, like this sleek U.S. map with a data overlay.

PiktoChart

An alternative site, PiktoChart.com, offers a small starter set of six templates for free. A pro account includes more than 100 templates and more than 1,000 icons and images to use in your graphics. That costs $29 monthly or $169 annually. If you want Piktochart to make a graphic for your brand, the startup charges $700 for a custom-designed finished product. The site emphasizes simple, clean design and even advises users how to create a story in their graphics — from comparing health costs by state to illustrating the four qualities of an effective startup pitch.

InfoActive

On the horizon is a cool new service called InfoActive, which just won a startup accelerator award at the March 2013 South by Southwest festival in Austin. The service allows users to customize an entire page with graphics, headlines, charts and more. InfoActive is looking for VIP beta testers as it prepares for a public launch.

Upcoming new changes for Google+ Page Owners and Managers

Hey Folks,

We are back in action again with new spice in Google SEO world, Thanks to Google for updating us, before updating anything in Google+ page permissions by email. We got email today by Google+ Team. we have also confirmed this by NeotericUK - Search engine Marketing Agency

Google+ Team Informed us that, they are doing Google+ Page Owners and Managers and they let us know that we are updating these changes on November 11, 2013.

They have added a new setting that gives you more control over where your Page's name, photo and actions appear on Google and across the web.

Please have a look what Google+ updating, below are some changes that you need to look out for better understanding about these new updates of Google+.

1) Google+ is designed to enable your content to be discovered, for example, by surfacing contextually relevant content or actions when they might be of interest to others. We call these recommendations 'shared endorsements'.

 2) The changes to the Terms clarify details about how your Page's name, photo and relevant activity may appear in shared endorsements. For example, if your Page publicly follows another Page, Google may surface this action with your Page's name and photo when relevant and helpful to users, including in ads.

You're in control of what you share on Google. Your Page sharing settings are not affected and, as always, if you've shared something with a limited audience, we respect that.
This setting does not affect other places your Page's name and photo may appear. You can access this setting from your Page's Dashboard and may change it any time. If you turn the setting off, you may not be able to use certain features until you re-enable it and remember one more thing If you do not take any action, the Shared Endorsements setting will be turned on.

To learn more about these updates for Google+ Pages, you can review the updated Google Terms of Service as well as the Google+ Help Center.

New feature from Google for its user in the world

Hey folks,

Today Google, has announced some good new feature for showing user picture in Google search ads. please have a look to make your self updated with it.

Shared Endorsements
Google makes it easy for you to get great recommendations from your friends. For example, when you visit the Google Play music store, you may see that a friend has +1'd a new album by your favourite artist. When you search for a restaurant, you may see an ad including a 5-star review by another friend.

We call these shared endorsements. Here's what you need to know:

You're in control: Your content is only shared when you choose, and shared endorsements don't affect who can see your content or activity.
To help your friends and others find cool stuff online, your activity (such as reviews, +1's, follows, shares, etc.) may be used along with your name and photo in commercial or other promotional contexts.
When it comes to shared endorsements in ads, you can choose whether your name and photo may be used to help your friends find stuff that you love (and avoid stuff that you don't) – you can control this with the setting at the bottom of this page.
The name and photo shown in shared endorsements are the public profile name and photo you have chosen on Google+.

Here are a few examples of shared endorsements on Google. The "Summertime Spas" example below shows a shared endorsement displayed in an ad:

It's easy to navigate, with just about everything you need available at a glance on a single page. The “Spy” button is a particularly engaging (if not entirely practical) way to see what users are doing on your site in real time, offering up a scrolling list of the pages they’re visiting and a world map plotting their locations. However, digging deeper into the tool can often send you scrambling to the Help system for a better understanding.

2) GoSquared

However, there are other effective ways too. One such example is the world’s second largest search engine, YouTube. Don’t you believe it?

Statistics show that 17% of people spend less than four seconds on a website, but they are willing to spend 2.7 minutes watching a video online. Knowing that the average television commercial is 15-30 seconds long, think of what you could do with the attention-span-eternity that is 2.7 minutes of video engagement gold.

New meta tag by Google Webmaster for multinational websites

Today we are going to tell you about the latest update which will happen in the SEO world on 10th April, 2013, when Google webmaster has published there new meta tag for multilingual and also for multinational websites.

This meta tag is very important for the sites which are in more than one language and also having micro-sites or we can say that they have sub-domains from the same domain. this will invented because the homepages multinational and multilingual websites are sometimes configured to point visitors to localized pages by using wither thorough redirect  or by other methods like by changing the content to reflect the user’s language.

So here we go about the main point, Google Webmaster introduce a new rel-alternate-hreflang annotation that the webmaster can use to specify such homepages that is supported by both Google and Yandex.

For you folks we are giving you some example for the easy understanding about this tag what is it and why Google is using it. let's have a look on the given image below:

Google Webmaster New Tag for mutinational websites
Google Webmaster example for the use of rel-alternate-hreflang annotation
In this case, the webmaster can annotate this cluster of pages using rel-alternate-hreflang using Sitemaps or using HTML link tags like this:

<link rel="alternate" href="http://example.com/en-gb" hreflang="en-gb" />
<link rel="alternate" href="http://example.com/en-us" hreflang="en-us" />
<link rel="alternate" href="http://example.com/en-au" hreflang="en-au" />
<link rel="alternate" href="http://example.com/" hreflang="x-default" />

The new x-default hreflang attribute value signals to our algorithms that this page doesn’t target any specific language or locale and is the default page when no other page is better suited. For example, it would be the page our algorithms try to show French-speaking searchers worldwide or English-speaking searchers on google.ca.

The same annotation applies for homepages that dynamically alter their contents based on a user’s perceived geolocation or the Accept-Language headers. The x-default hreflang value signals to our algorithms that such a page doesn’t target a specific language or locale.

And i think this also help you in the mutinational websites like for the work of Video Marketing, SEO Services, Graphic Design, Web Design etc.
